How to change or cancel your
public swim booking
1. Go to www.bookwhen.com/newearswickpool
2. Log in via the icon/button in the top right of the web page, using the same email address and password you use to make bookings.
3. Once logged in, click the same icon/button again and select 'Customer portal'. This will show you all your upcoming bookings.
4. Select 'manage' on a booking - as long as you are giving enough notice in accordance with the conditions below, you can proceed to cancel or move the booking. If you choose to move a booking, a drop-down will appear allowing you to choose a different available date. Follow the prompts to confirm the choices you have made.
5. This should then generate a new email to the booking email address confirming the change.

You can only CANCEL a booking up to 48 hours before your booking starts
You can only TRANSFER to another session up to 24 hours before your booking starts.
